A central University
The partly newbuilt city campus of the University is situated right in the heart of Borås and offers an inspiring environment for almost 12 000 students. The University in Borås offers education in library and information science, business and informatics, engineering, education and behavioural sciences, textiles, and health sciences.
The University is a centre of competence for trade and industry in the region, and has meant a lot for the development of several companies. Campus Sjuhärad is the name of a cooperation between the University, the municipalities in the region, and trade and industry, which runs projects for research and development.

If you have chosen to live in Borås during your student days, we congratulate you to a clever choice.
