Adult education
The basic adult education corresponds to the nine-year compulsory school. The pupil's previous knowledge determines at what level the studies will start. The pupil chooses his / her own rate of study and can combine the studies with work or practical experience.
Adult upper secondary education
Adult upper secondary education is equivalent to the tuition given in the youth upper secondary school, but not quite identical with it.
The adult education in Borås offers educations for one or two terms as well as a large variety of separate courses.

We offer tests in Swedish, Swedish as a second language, English and Mathematics.
Dyslexia
Word-blindness, difficulties to read and write, can be a big problem. At the adult education, you can improve your ability to read and write.
Swedish for immigrants (sfi)
Tuition in Swedish for immigrants, sfi, shall give knowledge of the Swedish language and of the Swedish society. The municipality is obliged to offer sfi to newly arrived, grown-up immigrants.
