Education and Pre-school
In Borås Municipality, there are approximately 70 preschools and around 40 primary schools, including adapted primary schools. We also offer after-school care, a culture school, upper secondary schools, and adult education.
Pre-schools
In preschool, children have the opportunity to develop language skills, numeracy, motor skills, and social skills. Play, music, and creativity are fundamental to children's development.
Primary Schools
In Borås Municipality, there are around 40 primary schools and two adapted primary schools. The youngest students attend preschool classes. We also provide after-school care and have a center for multilingual learning.
Upper Secondary Schools
In Borås, there are four municipal upper secondary schools as well as an adapted upper secondary school. These schools offer a wide range of upper secondary programs with various specializations and profiles.
Adult Education
Education tailored to adults. You can study courses during the day, in the evening, or through distance learning, and you can create your study plan and adapt your education to your circumstances.
