Nature, fishing, birdwatching and hunting

In Borås, there are many opportunities to experience both wildlife and nature. The 16 nature reserves provide a broad nature experience with options for outdoor activities and recreation. Along the Viskan River, fishing opportunities are abundant and often connect to several of Borås's many fishing conservation areas. For bird enthusiasts, you can enjoy birdwatching at the bird colony at Ramnasjön or from one of the birdwatching towers in the nature reserves.
